Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full Time Show is committed to a transparent and fair refund process. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (₹) and processed via Razorpay.

1. Event Cancellation by Organiser

If a listed event is cancelled by the organiser or Full Time Show, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid — including the base ticket price and convenience fee.

We will notify you via email within 48 hours of the cancellation and initiate the refund automatically. You do not need to raise a request.

2. Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled to a significantly different date or time (defined as a change of more than 48 hours from the original schedule), you may request a full refund within 72 hours of the rescheduling announcement.

If no refund request is made within that window, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled event.

3. User-Initiated Cancellations

Tickets purchased on Full Time Show are non-refundable once booked, except in the cases described above (event cancellation or significant rescheduling).

We strongly recommend reviewing all event details — date, time, venue, and pass type — before completing your purchase. If you have questions before booking, contact our support team at support@fulltimeshow.in.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

In cases where a partial refund is applicable, the Razorpay payment gateway fee (if any, as applicable per their merchant agreement) may be deducted from the refund amount. This will be communicated to you before the refund is processed.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed as follows:

  1. Full Time Show initiates the refund to Razorpay after verifying eligibility.
  2. Razorpay reverses the amount to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  3. You will receive a refund confirmation email from us once the refund is initiated.

6. Refund Timeline

5–7 working days

Refunds are credited within 5–7 working days from the date of initiation, depending on your bank or payment provider. UPI refunds may arrive sooner (1–3 working days).

Working days exclude weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and public holidays as per the Government of India calendar.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where eligible):

  1. Email us at support@fulltimeshow.in
  2. Include your registered email, booking ID, and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will respond within 2 working days

8. Disputes

If you believe your refund has not been processed correctly, please contact us with your transaction ID and Razorpay payment reference. We will investigate and respond within 5 working days.
