1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Full Time Show platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Full Time Show is a ticketing platform that enables users to discover and book passes for live sports screening events across India — including football, Formula 1, cricket, and basketball screenings at curated venues.

We act as an intermediary between event organisers and attendees. Full Time Show does not own or operate the venues or events listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

To book tickets, you must create an account using a valid email address and verify it via OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with anyone
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not create multiple accounts for the same user

4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive a digital ticket (QR code) via email and in your dashboard.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By completing a payment, you authorise Full Time Show to charge the applicable amount — including the base ticket price, convenience fee, and applicable taxes — to your selected payment method.

All transactions are in Indian Rupees (₹). Full Time Show does not store card or banking details. Refer to our Pricing Policy for a breakdown of fees.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Ticket cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In general, refunds are issued only in the case of event cancellations or significant rescheduling by the organiser. User-initiated cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or transfer tickets without prior written consent from Full Time Show
• Attempt to manipulate pricing, availability, or booking systems
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious software or code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Full Time Show platform — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of Full Time Show or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Full Time Show shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to access any event, including but not limited to disruptions caused by venue operators or third-party organisers.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
