Shipping Policy

Full Time Show is a 100% digital platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All purchases on Full Time Show are for digital event passes (tickets) which are delivered electronically.

1. Digital Ticket Delivery

Upon successful payment, your ticket is delivered in two ways:

  • Email confirmation — A booking confirmation containing your QR code is sent to your registered email address immediately after payment.
  • Dashboard access — Your ticket is available in the “My Tickets” section of your Full Time Show account at any time after booking.

2. Delivery Timeline

Instant — within minutes of payment

Tickets are generated and delivered immediately upon payment confirmation from Razorpay. In rare cases of network delays, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.

3. QR Code & Entry

Each ticket contains a unique QR code that will be scanned at the venue for entry. Please ensure:

  • Your QR code is visible and not obscured or screenshot-cropped
  • Each QR code is valid for one person per booking (quantity booked)
  • Do not share your QR code — it is unique to your booking

4. Re-delivery of Tickets

If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder. If the ticket is still not found:

  1. Log in to your Full Time Show account
  2. Go to My Tickets in the navigation menu
  3. Download or view your QR code directly from the dashboard

If you face any issues accessing your ticket, contact us at support@fulltimeshow.in with your registered email and booking ID.

5. No Physical Shipping

Full Time Show does not ship physical merchandise, printed tickets, or any tangible products. No delivery charges apply. There are no courier services, postal deliveries, or physical fulfilment associated with any purchase made on this platform.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, no ticket will be issued. If your account is charged but no ticket is delivered within 30 minutes, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will either deliver your ticket or initiate a full refund within 2 working days.
